Advantages of molybdenum mesh processed by chemical etching

In addition to the familiar weaving method, molybdenum mesh can be processed by laser processing and etching processing. The processed molybdenum mesh has high acid resistance, alkali resistance, high temperature resistance and wear resistance. The basic melting point of molybdenum is 2620℃, the boiling point is 5560℃, and the density is 10.2 g/cm. Because of its characteristics, it is synthesized with steel to form special steel, alloy steel, tool steel, structural steel, etc., which has extremely important industrial uses. Molybdenum-containing alloy steel can be used to manufacture machine tool structural parts, industrial vehicles and bulldozers, among which rails, alloy steel and structural steel are used.

The etching thickness of molybdenum mesh is generally 0.1MM, 0.2MM, 0.3MM, 0.4MM, 0.5MM, etc. Etched molybdenum mesh can be used in traveling wave electron tubes, transmission electron microscopes, low temperature electron microscopes, electron guns, etc. Vacuum Weibo electron device plays a key role in dictation of military electronic equipment. Most electron guns in microwave tubes use one or more molybdenum nets near the cathode surface to control the current.

Processing molybdenum mesh by etching has the following advantages:

1 low mold opening cost, molybdenum mesh film can be drawn in two hours, and the mold with any shape can be changed, thus reducing the design and development cost.

2, etching molybdenum mesh can ensure extremely high precision, and the highest precision can reach +/-0.01mm, which can meet the precise assembly and filtration requirements of different parts and improve product quality and precision.

3, any etched products with complex shapes can also be produced in batches with good quality and quantity, and the unit price of etched molybdenum sheets is not affected.

4, the etched molybdenum mesh has no burr and pressure point, the product is not deformed and the material properties are not changed.

5. The molybdenum mesh produced by chemical etching process can achieve the metal molybdenum mesh products that traditional stamping or sheet metal machining can not achieve.
