Advantages of slit sheet etching

The slit sheet has a wide range of applications, and its names are different in different industrial fields. At present, the processing form of slit sheet is mainly etching, and the gap and thickness of slit sheet are relatively thin, so the traditional processing method can not meet the processing requirements. The acceptable thickness of etched slit sheet can reach 0.01MM-2MM, and the conventional slit sheet processing has 0.03MM and 0.05 mm.

Etching of slit sheet mainly has the following characteristics:

First, the metal film is used to make graphics, and the design can be changed at will and the cost is relatively low.

Second, the slit sheet is etched, which can trace the accuracy back to ±0.0075MM and meet the requirements of different products.

Third, the complex shape can meet the requirement that the density between gaps is not deformed or broken by etching the slit sheet.
