Process of mesh etching

Mesh etching processing is a technology for making metal screen mesh, and the process is to etch metal plates, such as stainless steel, copper plate, aluminum plate, etc., by chemical or physical methods to achieve the purpose of making screen mesh.

Specifically, the process of etching processing can include the following steps:

Preparing materials: selecting a suitable metal plate, cutting and grinding it for etching.

Cleaning and inspection: The surface of the metal sheet is cleaned and quality inspection is conducted to confirm whether it meets the requirements.
