Filter disc's processing is the most frequently encountered processed product in daily life, and its accuracy is constantly demanding higher and higher. In early filter disc, the pursuit of thickness accuracy was getting smaller and smaller, which led to the ultimate pursuit of technology. The thickness of punched micron mesh is limited. If it is less than 1MM, the process requirements cannot be met. Punching will cause the material to break and break holes. High-precision laser processing can achieve the aperture of 1 mm. Because it is carried out by laser cauterization, some holes will appear black spots, and subsequent surface treatment needs to be done, such as polishing or coloring, plating nickel with anti-corrosion effect, etc. Therefore, the laser processing method is relatively slow in batch processing and production. If the processing is carried out by chemical etching under the condition of extremely small precision requirements and micron tolerance, the chemical composition of ferric chloride is fused with water to produce high-concentration chemical agents. In the early stage of chemical etching, the metal material is degreased, polished, etc., and then a layer of photosensitive ink is roll-coated to protect the part that is not decomposed by chemical agents. The exposed part that needs to be decomposed is developed and exposed to the metal material by using the prepared metal film pattern, and enters the chemical etching process, and the photosensitive ink is removed to form the desired metal finished product.
