Advantage of selective etching of coffee filter

A cup of thick coffee in the morning does not understand how the filter screen in the coffee field comes from. The etching process of coffee filter is made of stainless steel 304 and 316, which has high temperature resistance, can withstand the high temperature of about 480℃, and can also withstand greater working intensity. The performance can be changed, and it is easy to clean and replace. The general coffee filter thickness is 0.1mm, 0.12mm, 0.15mm, 0.2mm, 0.25mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm and 0.5 mm.

The coffee filter processed by etching mainly has the following advantages:

4. The coffee filter screen is etched, which has no burr and pressure point on the product, and the product is not deformed and does not change the material properties.

5. The coffee filter produced by chemical etching process can achieve the filter accuracy that traditional stamping or sheet metal machining can not achieve.
